Raise Your Vibration: Vibe High
As you think, you vibrate. As you vibrate, you attract. As you attract, you manifest. It is crucial that we learn how to control our energy vibration. Our energy dictates our vibration and our vibration dictates what we attract. It is important to control our thoughts and our feelings, but we must also be mindful of how we are projecting ourselves into the world. Our energy vibration represents our projections. How we project ourselves determines the type of energy we attract back. In order to attract different things we have to change our vibration. Breaking old habits and doing things differently are ways to do that. Change one thing at a time and do it differently long enough until your thoughts, feelings and beliefs change. Once our vibration changes, we attract things we want in life.
When you choose to be in a higher vibration, you are an example. Choosing the light of a higher vibration requires a firm commitment to it even when it feels as thought you no longer fit in.
Once you continually focus on what you are doing to your life through your choice of food, your willingness to comply with a healthy lifestyle will happily skyrocket. Food is for sufficient energy, not to pig out on. A morning meal is something that needs to be eaten as a daily ritual. It helps regulate appetite, and provide essential nutrients to keep us full and satisfied. Our bodies thrive in an alkaline state. Cancer cannot thrive in that type of environment. It is absolutely vital that at least most of our meals consist of greens and vegetables to balance out the acidity in our body. It is believed that acid build up is related to many diseases we face. Too much acid in the body creates depression, stress and sad emotions which then produces more acid. It’s a continuous cycle. It is very important to be mindful of what we are putting into our bodies. Eating high-vibe foods keeps us at a higher vibration which enables us to feel happy and radiate positive light. What you put in is what you get out. We should eat to live, not live to eat.
Exercise keeps us at a high vibration while having many benefits on our immune system. During a time like this, it is crucial that we perform regular, moderately intense endurance exercise to improve our immune response. This includes, but is not limited to walking, going for a run, climbing stairs, going for a skate, riding a bike, etc. The speed at which we perform these exercises depends on our fitness level. The point is to get moving and burn fat, instead of watching Netflix or the news for hours on end. If you are out of shape, don’t start an intense training regimen. Be inspired, start slowly, and build up your stamina. Aim for 30 minutes of moderate activity five times a week. If 30 minutes, is too long there are plenty of 10 minute workouts on Youtube to choose from. There is really no excuse. Be creative, get outside and M O V E.
